NEXT-GEN SMALL ARMS
Built Lighter. Designed Smarter. Engineered for the Mission.
Today’s operators need more than another variation of a legacy rifle platform. They need weapons engineered around mobility, reliability, adaptability, and performance in real operating environments.
StrikeCore develops next-generation small arms built from an operator-focused, system-level design approach. Our platforms combine lightweight construction, modular compatibility, advanced ergonomics, and proprietary actuation technology to deliver rifles designed for military, law enforcement, and professional users.
From our aluminum-bodied Squall and Lightning platforms to the future composite evolution of the Thunder, StrikeCore is building a family of rifles designed to reduce unnecessary weight, improve handling, and support the mission from deployment through sustainment.

Lightweight Performance. Proven Architecture.
The Squall is StrikeCore’s foundational rifle platform, designed to deliver lightweight performance, rugged reliability, and modern modularity in a familiar AR/M4-pattern architecture.
Built around a precision-machined aluminum receiver set, the Squall is engineered for professional users, law enforcement, commercial customers, and operators who need a dependable rifle without unnecessary complexity. Its balanced design, ambidextrous controls, and modular accessory compatibility make it adaptable across patrol, defensive, training, and field-use applications.
Key Features
Lightweight aluminum construction
Familiar AR-pattern operating architecture
Ambidextrous controls
Modular accessory compatibility
Configurable barrel length options
Professional-grade fit and finish
Designed for reliability, control, and field maintainability
The Direct Actuation System (DAS™) is StrikeCore’s proprietary side charging architecture, developed to improve weapon manipulation while maintaining a clean, low-profile configuration.
Unlike a traditional rear charging handle, DAS™ relocates the point of actuation, allowing the operator to manipulate the weapon from a more accessible position while maintaining firing-hand control and overall weapon orientation.
DAS™ is designed around a non-reciprocating, low profile architecture that minimizes snag hazards and avoids charging handle moving during weapon operation.
DAS™ Is Designed To Provide:
Forward-positioned weapon manipulation
Direct, controlled charging movement
Non-reciprocating operation
Low-profile, non-snag geometry
Improved accessibility during supported or equipped use
A clean, streamlined rifle profile
Compatibility with mission-focused handling requirements and Code Amber operations
Can be used with a standard T-Handle to support current manual of arms

Light Weight, Direct Actuation
The Lightning is StrikeCore’s premium aluminum rifle platform, integrating the company’s proprietary Direct Actuation System (DAS™) into a lightweight, mission-configurable rifle.
Designed for professional and commercial users seeking improved weapon manipulation and a more streamlined charging architecture, the Lightning builds on the strengths of the Squall while introducing StrikeCore’s forward-actuation technology.
Key Attributes:
Lightweight aluminum weapon architecture
Proprietary DAS™ forward actuation system
Non-reciprocating actuation design
Low-profile, non-snag configuration
Fully ambidextrous controls
Modular accessory compatibility
Full Rifle & Upper Receiver Only Option Available
Mission-configurable calibers and barrel lengths
Engineered for professional, defense, and law enforcement applications
The Lightning is designed for operators who require a lightweight rifle with enhanced control, distinctive ergonomics, and a platform built to evolve with the mission.
Thunder Series
The Future of Lightweight Composite Small Arms
Development Focus:
Advanced composite structural components
Reduced weapon weight
Fiber Placement Technology
Increased rigidity and handling efficiency
Mission-focused modular architecture
Thermal and signature-management opportunities
Future integration of StrikeCore operating technologies
Thunder reflects the long-term vision of StrikeCore small arms: lighter, stronger, more adaptable weapon systems engineered beyond the limitations of traditional manufacturing.
The Thunder is the next evolution of StrikeCore’s small arms architecture: a future rifle platform intended to incorporate advanced composite structures built from fiber placement technology - a lightweight manufacturing technology derived from aerospace engineering principles.
Where traditional rifle systems rely heavily on aluminum and steel structures, Thunder is being developed around the potential of advanced materials to reduce mass, enhance structural efficiency, and improve system performance and ergonomics.
Platform Modernization & Rebuilds
StrikeCore offers firearm modernization and rebuild options for qualified law enforcement, government, and professional users.
This program allows agencies to upgrade existing patrol rifles, legacy platforms, or conflict-used firearms with StrikeCore systems and components rather than replacing entire inventories.
Options May Include:
Firearm inspection and evaluation
StrikeCore upper receiver systems
DAS™ integration where applicable
Lightweight handguard and rail upgrades
Ambidextrous control upgrades
Barrel, furniture, optic-ready, and finish options
Department-standardized rebuild packages
A StrikeCore rebuild program can help extend service life, improve handling, standardize equipment, and bring existing platforms closer to modern operational requirements.
All work is subject to applicable laws, transfer requirements, safety review, and StrikeCore approval.
Engineered for What Comes Next
The modern rifle should not be limited by yesterday’s design assumptions.
StrikeCore is developing a new family of small arms centered on lower weight, improved handling, advanced actuation, modular configuration, and future-ready manufacturing.
From the practical performance of the Squall, to the DAS™-equipped Lightning, to the future composite architecture of the Thunder, StrikeCore is building small arms for the next generation of operators.
